The 2025 SME Fund of the European Commission is now open!

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) established in the European Union can apply for reimbursement of up to 75% of their trademark, design, and patent application fees.

The funding period runs from 3 February 2025 to 5 December 2025 and covers, among other things, applications for EU trademarks, Benelux trademarks, and national trademarks.
